REMOVAL PLAN. The Engineer shall analyze all items to be removed from the ROW. Prepare removal plan sheets and call-out all items to be removed. Calculate and summarize removal quantities.
REMOVAL PLAN. As indicated in Section 1.1.B. of the agreement, Qwest Corporation is responsible for construction and installation of facilities in the right-of-way. If any facilities exclusive to the cable system are identified, then CenturyLink shall provide the City a decommissioning and removal plan that lists all facilities to be removed and all facilities that are remaining for other services, along with the location, map and a detailed schedule for removal.
REMOVAL PLAN. 5.1 No later than ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Phase-Out Period, Respondent shall submit a detailed written plan to the Executive Director (“Removal Plan”), for review and approval, to summarize all measures to be taken in connection with the Cease and Desist Order CCC-17-CD-02 removal of the physical structures and materials discussed in Section 1.2 for removal from the Site.

REMOVAL PLAN. A well-structured, written and comprehensive document outlining the activities, functions, actions, fleet, equipment, materials and time-line of managing a snow and/or ice event.
REMOVAL PLAN. At least ten (10) days prior to the Removal Date, PURCHASER and DISTRICT shall develop a removal plan to address access to the Site and the BUILDING which will minimize disruption of DISTRICT operations. DISTRICT shall provide PURCHASER with a Right of Entry to allow PURCHASER access to the Site.
