  • Closing Expenses Seller shall pay for the preparation of the Special Warranty Deed, such deed to substantially conform to the provisions of the deed attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated by this reference herein.   • CLAIM EXPENSES The Reinsurer will pay its share of reasonable claim investigation and legal expenses connected with the litigation or settlement of contractual liability claims unless the Reinsurer has discharged its liability pursuant to Section 9.4 above. (c) Subject to procuring any required regulatory approvals, from time to time the Fund may, alone or in conjunction with other registered or unregistered investment funds or other accounts for which CSFB Alternative Capital, or any Affiliate of CSFB Alternative Capital, acts as general partner or investment adviser, purchase insurance in such amounts, from such insurers and on such terms as the Board shall determine.

  • Limit on Operating Expenses The Advisor hereby agrees to limit the Fund’s current Operating Expenses to an annual rate, expressed as a percentage of the Fund’s average daily net assets for the month, to the amounts listed in Appendix A (the “Annual Limit”).
