RENEWAL OF A PROBATIONARY APPOINTMENT. 1.0 A Faculty member holding a Probationary Appointment shall be evaluated according to the criteria and procedures established in the relevant clauses of Article 2.2 of this Agreement. In particular, the evaluation criteria are set out in Article 2.2.1, the agents of evaluation in Article 2.2.2 (including the Departmental Evaluation Committee in Article 2.2.2.1), the methods of evaluating teaching in Article 2.2.2.1.1, and the evaluation procedure in Article 2.2.3.1.

  • Termination of Probationary Appointment (a) The Employer may terminate a probationary appointment at any time.

  • Completion of Probationary Period An employee who has completed the probationary period may be suspended without pay or discharged only for just cause.
