Rent for Irregular Periods. All Rent reserved herein will be deemed to accrue from day to day, and if for any reason it will become necessary to calculate Rent for irregular periods of less than one year, an appropriate pro-rata adjustment will be made on a daily basis in order to compute Rent for that irregular period.
