Rental Affordable Housing. If applicable, as of the end of the Investment Period, the Recipient shall have used its CMF Award for Affordable Housing Activities resulting in rental Affordable Housing units set aside to be leased by Very Low-Income Families (inclusive of Extremely Low-Income Families), as measured over the Recipient’s entire portfolio of rental Affordable Housing, financed and/or supported with the CMF Award, in a percentage no less than the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 of this Assistance Agreement. In the event the Recipient’s percentage is 100%, all rental Affordable Housing units, as measured over the Recipient’s entire portfolio of rental Affordable Housing units financed and/or supported with the CMF Award and associated Leveraged Costs, as of the applicable Initial Occupancy date, must be set aside to be leased by Very Low- Income (inclusive of Extremely Low-Income) Families.

Rental Affordable Housing. As of the end of the Investment Period, the percentage of rental Housing units that are designated for Very Low-Income or Extremely Low-Income Families, as measured over the Recipient’s entire portfolio of rental Housing units financed or supported by this CMF Award or associated Leveraged Costs, shall be no less than the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 of this Assistance Agreement.
Rental Affordable Housing. If applicable and as indicated in Schedule 1, as of the end of the Investment Period, at least twenty percent (20%) of the units in each rental project financed or supported by Eligible Project Costs shall be designated for Families at or below fifty percent (50%) of AMI. Please see additional detail on these rental affordability qualifications in Section 5.2.

  • Affordable Housing The Owner covenants with the Council as follows:-

  • FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Dormitory Program (FPCDP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCDP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that:

  • Property Management Borrower will provide for professional management of the Mortgaged Property by the Property Manager at all times under a property management agreement approved by Lender in writing. Borrower will not surrender, terminate, cancel, modify, renew or extend its property management agreement, or enter into any other agreement relating to the management or operation of the Mortgaged Property with Property Manager or any other Person, or consent to the assignment by the Property Manager of its interest under such property management agreement, in each case without the consent of Lender, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Residential Services Programs or services for a youth that is in placement, if the cost of the program or service is not included in the cost per day. If the cost of the program or service is included in the cost per day, it should be categorized as a placement cost and not as a separate residential program or service cost.

  • Rental Assistance (Subsidy) Rental assistance will be provided to Eligible Households who pay 30% of their monthly net income, including Florida unemployment benefits, towards their monthly rent and have experienced a loss of job or income due to COVID-19.

  • Fair Housing The Agency is committed to compliance with all laws as well as the philosophy of fair housing for all people. The Agency will present the Property to all prospective Buyers in compliance with local, State, and Federal Fair Housing laws against discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, age, marital status and/or familial status, children, or other prohibited factors.
