Rental Assistance Contract. Subrecipient shall enter into a Rental Assistance Contract with each participating property owner/Landlord in substantially the form attached to the TBRA Program Operating Guidelines as Appendix D. The Rental Assistance Contract will establish the Subsidy Payments to be made by Subrecipient on behalf of the Eligible Household as well as the Eligible Household’s initial share of the contract rent. The Rental Assistance Contract shall further establish the terms and conditions under which the Subsidy Payments shall be paid to the Landlord for the applicable Housing Unit, including applicable HOME Program requirements. The Rental Assistance Contract shall have an initial term of 6 months, subject to extensions approved by Subrecipient and City (as applicable) pursuant to the TBRA Program Operating Guidelines.

At a minimum, an application for program assistance should contain the following items for each household member: a. Name and address of employer(s), work phone number(s), and position title with employer; c. Sources of income and a statement signed by all of the adults who reside in the household consenting to the disclosure of information for the purpose of verifying income for determining eligibility for program assistance; d. A signed statement indicating that the applicant understands that all information provided is subject to Florida’s public records laws; and e. A statement that it is a first-degree misdemeanor to falsify information for the purpose of obtaining assistance.

Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

  • Mutual Assistance The Parties will do all things reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the terms and provisions of this Agreement and to aid and assist each other in carrying out such terms and provisions.

  • Educational Assistance Section 1. Tuition reimbursement shall be provided to employees covered by this collective bargaining AGREEMENT under the same terms and conditions, policies and procedures as the rest of Hennepin County and reflecting a county–wide pool for funding. Where courses are required and certified by the appointing authority as essential to current job performance, such appointing authority shall grant 100% reimbursement for tuition, required fees and required study materials. Section 3. At the request of an employee, an Individual Development Plan shall be established. Any employee making the request shall be provided with paid time to work with their Supervisor or Human Resources to develop a training plan for career development within Hennepin County. Human Resources will be a source of career information, and postings, in which the employee may have an interest. Time allotted for this activity and the training plan adopted shall be subject to mutual agreement of the Employee and Supervisor.

  • Termination Assistance Services Following the termination of this Agreement and/or any Ordering Document, the Parties may agree for Axway to provide transition services pursuant to a duly executed SOW, during which time this Agreement will continue in full force and effect solely to the extent necessary to allow such transition services to be performed. Axway agrees that the costs for any such services shall be comparable to the fees charged to other customers for similar types of services.

  • Tuition Assistance Bargaining unit employees can enroll in university or college, vocational technical school or extension courses. The course may be by correspondence or attendance at classes during non-working hours or during working hours with approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee. Where practicable, in relation to work requirements, the Employer shall be liberal with the approval of requests for accrued/unused vacation leave, flex-time scheduling, compensatory time, or leave without pay for the purpose of enabling employees to attend classes conducted during an employee's regularly scheduled work hours.
