Rental Service. Xxxxxx agrees to service rental equipment for the duration of the equipment contract. Customer agrees to purchase a minimum of $ (the “Monthly Minimum”) of Santec chemical products (“Products”) from Santec or from an approved Santec distributor. Base lease rate does not apply to this minimum. If Customer’s average monthly purchases of Products with respect to two consecutive months are less that the Monthly Minimum, Santec may charge the customer an adjustment charge. This adjustment charge is equal to the Monthly Minimum (stated above) less the actual purchases of Santec products, those months the product purchases did not meet the Monthly Minimum.

Rental Service. If the Member wishes the Association to rent his Timeshare Week(s) in any Year, the Member shall comply with the rental policy and program in effect at the time, if any. The Association does not represent or warrant that it will be able to rent the Timeshare Week on behalf of the Member. The Association does not currently offer this service.
Rental Service. You agree that your order is an offer to rent, under these Terms, all Rental Equipment in your order. All orders must be accepted by Foothills, or we will not be obligated to provide the Rental Equipment to you. Foothills may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion. Foothills shall retain title and ownership of the Rental Equipment at all times.

  • Supplemental Services For requests for supplemental services relating to Telecom Invoice Processing Services (TAPS) by Service Receiver not mentioned in this Schedule or not included within the costs documented in this agreement, Service Receiver will provide a discreet project request and submit such request to Service Provider using the formalized Change Request attached as Annex A for consideration by Service Provider. Where notice is required a number of business days prior to some required action by Service Provider, notice must be received by 12 noon Eastern Time to be counted as received during such business day. Service Provider shall, within a commercially reasonable period, provide a price quote to be commercially reasonable based on the current cost of the Services to Service Receiver taking into account, such items as the specific time the request was made, service delivery volumes, exit planning activities, and other activities Service Provider is currently engaged in at the time of the request, but not later than 30 days after the request was made. If Service Provider, in its sole discretion determines (i) such request would increase the ongoing operating costs for Service Provider (as a service recipient) or any other service receiver or (ii) that it is not capable of making such changes with its current staff during the time period requested without interrupting the Services provided to itself or any other service receiver. Service Provider need not provide a price quote or perform the services. Where a price quote is provided, Service Provider shall provide the service requested upon acceptance of the price.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.
