Rental PolicyThe rental for the unit is listed above. This amount includes the appropriate tax. You shall pay to us upon the signing of this Lease either one month’s rent plus security deposit, or one year’s rent plus security deposit. Unless we notify you of a rent adjustment at least 30 days prior to the end of the term the stated rate will continue for any Hold Over Term. If we do so, then the new Rent stated shall be paid to us unless you remove your Stored Property. All Rent is due and payable at Wild Wings, Inc. located at 0000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx 0, Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx 00000 on or before the first day of the month. No Statements are sent. Rent is delinquent after the first of the month. Rent not received by the 7th day of the month will cause unit to be overlocked and gate access denied by Landlord, and Tenant will incur late fees of $20 per month after the 15th day of a month. The late fees will accumulate by $20 for each successive late month. The term shall commence with the date shown above and terminate December 31 of said year. A forty ($40) dollar “bad checkadministrative charge will be incurred on all returned checks. Unit will be over-locked and gate access will be denied until all rent, fees, and checks are made good and all charges paid. Landlord reserves the right to refuse any payment. All payments and correspondence must contain the unit number to insure correct handling.

Rental Policy. The use of UNIVERSITY facilities shall at all times be consistent with the instructional, research and public service functions of the UNIVERSITY. The UNIVERSITY shall retain the right of determination which activities are consistent with its primary purposes. Any person or groups using UNIVERSITY property shall conform to the requirements of these rules and other UNIVERSITY policies and state laws. Note: Students receive a 25% discount on the first 4 hours.

Rental PolicyThe Partnership reserves the right to amend the rental and use policies at any time upon written notice to User. If User violates these policies, the Partnership may impose a fine upon User; upon repeated violation, the Partnership may in its discretion terminate agreement. User agrees to comply with all of the rules and obligations set forth in the Rental and Use Policies as currently stated and as modified at any time in the future.
Rental Policy. Landlord may require a credit check and a criminal history check as a condition of entering into this Rental Agreement with Renter. Landlord reserves the right to reject as a renter an individual with an inability to pay rent or due to a person’s criminal history, including a history of illegal drug use.
Rental PolicyRental rates for use of the Theater portion of the PACC shall be set to meet the PACC’s objective of serving Resident Skagit County performing arts groups, first, community use, second and touring artists, third. In light of the foregoing, the College shall establish rental rates which: (a) strike a balance between the need to generate adequate revenues for the operations and maintenance of the PACC and the need to keep the rates reasonably affordable for Skagit County regional organizations or user groups, performers and their patrons; and (b) are reasonable in light of rates charged by other Skagit County performing arts venues and rates charged by comparable venues in other similar-sized Washington communities. Rental rates shall be uniform for similar uses for all Resident Skagit County performing arts and Resident Skagit County regional organizations. As a part of the Operational Budget presented to the PFD by the College pursuant to Paragraph 5 section I., rental rates for the budget year shall also be provided. The rental rate shall not be utilized unless authorized by the PFD. The PFD shall approve, disapprove or disapprove with suggested changes the rental rates within thirty (30) days of the date presented to the PFD or the rental rates presented by the College will be deemed approved. If the PFD does not approve the proposed rental rates or if the PFD disapproves the rates with suggested changes, the issue of rental rates shall immediately become subject to the dispute resolution process as of the date notice is given by the PFD.
