Reopener Notice. On or after April 1, 2013, but no later than April 30, 2013, either the Government or the BCMA may give notice to the other (the “Reopener Notice”) of its wish to reopen negotiation, for the Fiscal Years 2014/15 and 2015/16, of aspects of this Agreement and/or any of the Physician Master Subsidiary Agreements that concern any of the following issues:

  • Reopener 297. Consistent with the provisions of Charter Section A8.409, this agreement shall be reopened if the Charter is amended to enable the City and that union to arbitrate retirement benefits

  • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property.
