Repayment of Overpayment of Wages. Employees who have outstanding balances owed to the Employer due to inadvertent payroll error(s) will be offered a reasonable payment plan. Employees who comply with the payment plan(s) will not be subject to further collections or garnishment for the inadvertent payroll error(s) that is/are subject to the payment plan(s).
