REPLACEMENT OF INVENTORY. CONTRACTOR, for the Facility furnishings, fixtures, and equipment covered by the "major maintenance and repair reserve fund" as described in Section 4.9, shall replace within sixty (60) days of the date of discovery of loss, theft, damage, or inoperability beyond repair with equipment having like functional ability, life expectancy, and quality. Upon receipt, such replacement equipment shall be added to the inventory and shall become the property of the State. The On-Site Contract Monitor shall be notified quarterly, in writing, of any state-owned furnishings and equipment that were replaced. Such notification must include all pertinent information (including a copy of the purchase receipt showing purchase cost, manufacturer, model number, serial number and assigned identification number) for the replaced item. Inoperable equipment replaced by CONTRACTOR shall be disposed of by CONTRACTOR after prior approval by the Bureau and in compliance the Department of Management Services’ Property Asset Management (XXX) policy. Such replacement of State equipment shall be added to the inventory and shall become the property of the State. The On-Site Contract Monitor shall be notified quarterly, in writing, when an item of Leased Furnishings and Equipment is replaced. Such notification must include all pertinent information (including a copy of the purchase receipt showing purchase cost, manufacturer, model number, serial number and assigned identification number) for the replaced item. Inoperable items replaced by CONTRACTOR shall be disposed of by CONTRACTOR with prior approval by the Department and in compliance the DMS’s Property Asset Management (XXX) policy.   • CURRENT INVENTORY OF QUALIFIED PROPERTY In addition to the requirements of Section 10.2 of this Agreement, if there is a material change in the Qualified Property described in EXHIBIT 4, then within 60 days from the date commercial operation begins, the Applicant shall provide to the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District or the State Auditor’s Office a specific and detailed description of the tangible personal property, buildings, and/or permanent, nonremovable building components (including any affixed to or incorporated into real property) on the Land to which the value limitation applies including maps or surveys of sufficient detail and description to locate all such described property on the Land.

  • Stored equipment We accept no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or we will charge fees each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. We may, in our discretion, dispose of any items referred to below by sale or otherwise on such terms and conditions as we think fit, and charge you any costs we incur in storing and selling or otherwise disposing of the same, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Inventory Report – Remote Premises The locations of the Remote Premises (e.g., Feeder Distribution Interfaces, "FDI") and the End User Customer addresses served by each Remote Premises are available to CLEC through the Raw Loop Data Tool. Remote Premises with digital loop carrier and pair gain equipment will be provided on the web site in the ICONN database. (ICONN is available through the Qwest web site located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/iconn.) If CLEC is unable to determine the information it seeks regarding the Remote Premises after using such database tools, Qwest will provide CLEC with a report that contains the information. The Parties agree that a charge may apply to such report, based on time and material, unless the database information is inaccurate or unusable for the Remote Premises then no charge would apply. Qwest will provide CLEC access to relevant plats, maps, engineering records and other data in accordance with Section 10.8.2.4. In addition, CLEC can request a copy of Qwest's distribution area map associated with the Remote Premises, with a charge for time and material.

  • Monitoring Equipment 2.2.1 24-hour TSP air quality monitoring was performed using High Volume Sampler (HVS) located at each designated monitoring station. The HVS meets all the requirements of the Project Specific EM&A Manual. Portable direct reading dust meters were used to carry out the 1-hour TSP monitoring. Brand and model of the equipment is given in Table 2.1.
