REPLACEMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY DAMAGED IN LINE OF DUTY. The District shall provide for the payment of the costs of replacing or repairing the personal effects (i.e., eyeglasses, hearing aids, watches, articles of clothing) that are damaged in the line of duty without the fault of the employee. Value of such items shall be determined as of the time of damage thereto, and, if damaged beyond repair, the actual value of such item(s) shall be paid to a maximum of $125.00. Reports of damage shall be given to the immediate supervisor as soon as possible after damages occur. Claims for repairing or replacing shall be given to the immediate supervisor.

  • Property Damage Lessee shall obtain and maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Trade Fixtures, and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property, Trade Fixtures and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.
