Replacement Project Superintendent. If the CM/GC terminates the Project Superintendent or, if the CM/GC, for any reason, engages a Project Superintendent different from the one originally assigned to the Project, CM/GC must ensure that the replacement Project Superintendent has similar qualifications and experience as the originally identified Project Superintendent. Furthermore, the CM/GC must obtain the Owner's prior written approval before engaging a permanent replacement Project Superintendent.
