Common use of Report-Back Pay Clause in Contracts

Report-Back Pay. When full-time Bargaining unit members are ordered by the University to report back to work after the end of their regular work schedule and a Bargaining Unit member reports back, the Bargaining Unit member shall be paid for such time. The minimum pay for reporting is an amount equal to four (4) times the hourly base pay. This provision is not applicable to work that is a continuation of or immediately preceding the regular work schedule.
