Report to President. If the Commissioner determines under sub- paragraph (A) that textile and apparel arti- cles imported from Nepal to which pref- erential treatment is extended under this section are being unlawfully transshipped into the United States, the Commissioner shall report that determination to the Presi- dent.
Report to President. Executive will report directly to the Bank’s and the Corporation’s President.
Report to President. All services to be performed by you will be as agreed between you and the President of the Company and may be rendered via telephone at mutually convenient times. You will be required to report to the President of the Company concerning your services performed under this agreement.
Report to President. Executive will report directly to the President of Frontier. Frontier's Board of Directors may, from time to time, modify Executive's title or add to, delete from, or modify Executive's performance responsibilities to accommodate management succession, as well as any other management objectives of Frontier. Executive will assume any additional positions, duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be requested of her with or without additional compensation, as appropriate and consistent with Sections 3(a) and (b) of this Agreement.
