Reporting and Data Management System. SPONSOR shall, and shall cause CHARTER SCHOOL to, at the request of AUTHORIZER and to the extent AUTHORIZER provides reasonable access to CHARTER SCHOOL to such system, but subject to such reasonable security measures as imposed by AUTHORIZER, participate in AUTHORIZER’s electronic data reporting and management system. If such information is not maintained through AUTHORIZER’s electronic data system, CHARTER SCHOOL shall submit employment, payroll, insurance, retirement contribution and participation information to AUTHORIZER in the same format AUTHORIZER must submit to the governmental authority with jurisdiction over AUTHORIZER’s reporting. Additionally, CHARTER SCHOOL shall submit or report: 1. A personal data sheet for each teacher, including a copy of the certified educator’s license. Said data sheet must include effective date of employment. If employment is less than a full year, then CHARTER SCHOOL shall indicate the number of months and/or days that the teacher will work, including, but not limited to, teaching assignment, grade level, job designation, and the annual salary for said employee. 2. If CHARTER SCHOOL employee resigns before the end of the work year, CHARTER SCHOOL shall notify the Department of Human Resources for Shelby County Schools as to the number of months and days to be reported to the State that would need to be changed. 3. If the teacher has experience with another school system other than Shelby County Schools or another public school system in Tennessee, a Report of Teaching Experience from must be completed by that system and submitted to the Department of Human Resources for Shelby County Schools. 4. The Department of Human Resources for the Shelby County Schools must be informed if a certified employee receives a degree change by submitting a copy of the license with the degree change. If the degree change affects the annual salary, the CHARTER SCHOOL shall indicate and report the new salary to the Department of Human Resources for Shelby County Schools. 5. CHARTER SCHOOL must also submit a notarized membership form for Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System which must be completed for each full time employee receiving retirement benefits. This form must be completed and returned to the Division of Employee Benefits for Shelby County Schools.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • System and Data Access Services a. System. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and solely for the purpose of providing access to Fund Data as set forth herein, State Street hereby agrees to provide the Fund, or certain third parties approved by State Street that serve as the Fund`s investment advisors, investment managers or fund accountants (the "Fund Accountants") or as the Fund`s independent auditors (the "Auditor"), with access to State Street`s Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System and the other information systems described in Attachment A (collectively, the "System") on a remote basis solely on the computer hardware, system software and telecommunication links described in Attachment B (the "Designated Configuration") or on any designated substitute or back-up equipment configuration consented to in writing by State Street, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Data Management Contractor will not use State data, including production data, for testing or development purposes unless authorized in writing by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate. Contractor will implement and maintain procedures to physically and logically segregate State data, unless otherwise explicitly authorized by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate.

  • Reporting and Monitoring Please provide a brief description of the mechanisms proposed for this project for reporting to the UNDP and partners, including a reporting schedule.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Data Mining 4.1. Provider agrees not to use GLO Data for unrelated commercial purposes, advertising or advertising-related services, or for any other purpose not explicitly authorized by the GLO in this Contract or any document related thereto. 4.2. Provider agrees to take all reasonably feasible physical, technical, administrative, and procedural measures to ensure that no unauthorized use of GLO Data occurs.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following: i. Information pertaining to tuition rates, payments, and educational assistance payments; and
