Reporting on PM BLIERs. Unless identified otherwise in Table 4 of Annex 1, Glencore, for each of its facilities, agrees to use EC’s template (referenced in Annex 3) to quantify and report particulate matter releases and emission intensity. With respect to the PM BLIERs, the annual report will include, as a minimum, the following: • the annual average PM concentration for each Process Source; • the number of source tests conducted for each Process Source; • the annual average dry gas flow rate for each Process Source; • the number of days of operation in the year; • the total annual quantity of PM from the Process Sources at the facility; • the total annual quantity of metal produced at the facility; and • the annual average PM emission intensity from the Process Sources at the facility.

  • Reporting of Reportable Events If Xxxxx determines (after a reasonable opportunity to conduct an appropriate review or investigation of the allegations) through any means that there is a Reportable Event, Xxxxx shall notify OIG, in writing, within 30 days after making the determination that the Reportable Event exists.

  • Reporting on Utilization of Subject Inventions 1. The Performer agrees to submit, during the term of the Agreement, an annual report on the utilization of a subject invention or on efforts at obtaining such utilization that are being made by the Performer or its licensees or assignees. Such reports shall include information regarding the status of development, date of first commercial sale or use, gross royalties received by the Performer, and such other data and information as the agency may reasonably specify. The Performer also agrees to provide additional reports as may be requested by DARPA in connection with any march-in proceedings undertaken by DARPA in accordance with Paragraph I of this Article. DARPA agrees it shall not disclose such information to persons outside the Government without permission of the Performer, unless required by law.

  • REPORTING AND CALL BACK TIME 11.1 Reporting time pay is contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • REPORTING OF ACCIDENTS The Contractor shall report to the Engineer details of any accident as soon as possible after its occurrence. In the case of any fatality or serious accident, the Contractor shall, in addition, notify the Engineer immediately by the quickest available means.   • Meteorological Data Reporting Requirement (Applicable to wind generation facilities only) The wind generation facility shall, at a minimum, be required to provide the Transmission Provider with site-specific meteorological data including: • Temperature (degrees Fahrenheit) • Wind speed (meters/second) • Wind direction (degrees from True North) • Atmosphere pressure (hectopascals) • Forced outage data (wind turbine and MW unavailability)

  • Procurement from UN Agencies Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from Inter-Agency Procurement Services Agency in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.

  • REPORTING AND EVALUATION The Provider agrees to comply with 7 AAC 81.120, Confidentiality and 7 AAC 81.150, Reports, and other applicable state or federal law regarding the submission of information, including the provisions of Section VI of this Agreement. The Provider agrees to submit any reporting information required under this Agreement and to make available information deemed necessary by DHSS to evaluate the efficacy of service delivery or compliance with applicable state or federal statutes or regulations. The Provider agrees to provide state officials and their representatives access to facilities, systems, books and records, for the purpose of monitoring compliance with this Agreement and evaluating services provided under this Agreement. On-site Quality Assurance Reviews may be conducted by DHSS staff to ensure compliance with service protocols. The Provider will ensure that DHSS staff has access to program files for the purposes of follow-up, quality assurance monitoring and fiscal administration of the program.

  • Reporting Frequency During any period of time when you are subject to the requirement in paragraph 1 of this award term and condition, you must report proceedings information through XXX for the most recent five year period, either to report new information about any proceeding(s) that you have not reported previously or affirm that there is no new information to report. Recipients that have Federal contract, grant, and cooperative agreement awards with a cumulative total value greater than $10,000,000 must disclose semiannually any information about the criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings.

  • Reporting Period e. Project progress including a summary of progress, findings, data, analyses, results and field-test results from all tasks carried out in the covered period.

  • Data Reporting 1. Maintain and adhere to data system software and encrypted portable computer device updates, and interface capability requirements for each computer located within the facility, and as specified in the Contract and required by County.
