REPORTS AND/OR DELIVERABLES. A. Specific projects or activities within this agreement will be tracked and reported by quarterly submission of a SF-425 Federal Financial Report (FFR) and quarterly submission of a Performance Report. A final SF-425 and Performance Report shall be submitted at the completion of the Agreement. The following reporting period end dates shall be used for interim reports: 3/31, 6/30, 9/30, 12/31. For final the SF-425 and Performance Report, the reporting period end date shall be the end date of the agreement. Interim reports shall be submitted no later than 30 days after the end of each reporting period. Annual and final reports shall be submitted no later than 90 days after the end period date. All reports shall be submitted via email to the NPS Awarding Officer with a copy to the NPS Agreements Technical Representative via email.

Annual and final reports shall be submitted no later than 90 days after the end period date(annually). A final SF-425 and Performance Report shall be submitted at the completion of the Agreement. For final the SF-425 and Performance Report, the reporting period end date shall be the end date of the agreement.. All reports shall be submitted via email to the NPS AO at xxx_xxxx@xxx.xxx and xxxxx_xxxxx@xxx.xxx with a copy to the NPS Agreements Technical Representative via email. Each award will include due dates specific to that agreement.

B. As appropriate, the Host University will convene periodic meetings of Rocky Mountains CESU Federal Agencies and Partner Institutions for the purpose of collaboration and coordination of CESU activities. Copies of the meeting minutes will be available to all parties to the Agreement. C. A current role and mission statement for the Rocky Mountains CESU will be agreed to and maintained by all Rocky Mountains CESU cooperators. Copies of the role and mission statement will be available to all parties to the Agreement. D. Annual work plans will be developed to guide the specific activities of the Rocky Mountains CESU and will: 1. Describe the Rocky Mountains CESU’s ongoing and proposed research, technical assistance, and education activities; 2. Describe anticipated projects and products; and 3. Identify faculty, staff, and students involved in the Rocky Mountains CESU during the year. Copies of the annual work plan will be available to all parties to the Agreement. E. A current multi-year strategic plan will be maintained to generally guide the Rocky Mountains CESU. Copies of the strategic plan will be available to all parties to the Agreement.
