Common use of Reports of unusual Clause in Contracts

Reports of unusual. occurrence The Concessionaire shall, prior to the close of each day, send to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, by facsimile or e-mail, a report stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project relating to the safety and security of the Users and Project. A weekly and monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) days of the closing of each week and month, as the case may be.For the purposes of this Clause 22.5, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project shall include:

Reports of unusual. occurrence The Concessionaire Contractor shall, during the Maintenance Period, prior to the close of each day, send to the Authority Authority/GMDA and the Independent AUTHORITY’S/GMDAs Engineer, by facsimile or e-mail, a report stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project PROJECT relating to the safety and security of the Users and ProjectPROJECT. A weekly and monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) business days of the closing of each week and month, as the case may be.. For the purposes of this Clause 22.515.4, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project PROJECT shall include:
