Representation by Class Counsel. Class Counsel represents and warrants that they have contracted, or will contract, with the Settlement Administrator to perform all of the tasks specified and assigned to it in this Agreement, within the time limits specified in this Agreement.
Representation by Class Counsel. Class Counsel hereby warrant and represent that:
Representation by Class Counsel. Class Counsel represent that, except as to the claims subject of this Agreement, they have not been retained to file a lawsuit nor agreed to serve as co-counsel in a lawsuit against Defendants arising out of the Incident.
Representation by Class Counsel. Class Counsel represent that through the date they execute this Settlement Agreement, they did not represent and have not represented any current or former employee of Defendants who would not be covered by this Settlement Agreement.
Representation by Class Counsel. Class Counsel individually represent to Cablevision that they are in agreement as to the fairness and adequacy of the Settlement.
