Common use of Representative of Canadian Union of Public Employees Clause in Contracts

Representative of Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union will have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representative(s) will have access to the Employer’s premises in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance. The Employer agrees that the President of the Local will be recognized in the same manner as a CUPE Representative. The CUPE Representative will give reasonable notice to the Executive Director or designate prior to attending at the Care Centre.

Representative of Canadian Union of Public Employees. The Union will shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of representatives a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees CUPE, when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such representative(s) will representative shall have access to the Employer’s premises premises, prior arrangement with the Employer, in order to investigate and assist in the settlement of a grievance. The Employer agrees that the President of the Local will be recognized in the same manner as a CUPE Representative. The CUPE Representative will give reasonable notice to the Executive Director or designate prior to attending at the Care Centre.
