Representative Offices. (1) For the operation of the agreed services on the specified route(s), the designated airline(s) of each Party shall have the right to set up representative offices at the points on the specified route(s) within the territory of the other Party. The staff of the representative offices referred to in this paragraph shall be subject to the laws and regulations in force in the country where such offices are located. (2) Each Party shall to the maximum extent practicable ensure the safety of the representative offices and their staff members of the designated airline(s) of the other Party, as well as safeguard their aircraft, stores, and other properties in its territory for use in the operation of the agreed services. (3) Each Party shall extend assistance and facilities to the representative offices and their staff members of the designated airline(s) of the other Party as necessary for the efficient operation of the agreed services. (4) The designated airline(s) of each Party shall have the right to convert and remit to its country at any time on demand local revenues in excess of sums locally disbursed. Conversion and remittance shall be effected without restrictions at the prevailing rate of exchange in effect for current transactions and remittance and shall be exempt from taxation on the basis of reciprocity. Wherever the payments system between the Parties is governed by a special agreement, that special agreement shall apply.

Representative Offices. ‌ 1) For the operation of the specified route, the designated airline of each Contracting Party shall have the right to set up its representative offices at the points of call on the specified route in the territory of the other Contracting Party. The staff of such representative offices shall be citizens of the Kingdom of Sweden and of the People’s Republic of China, and the number of staff shall be agreed upon through consultation between the designated airlines of both Contracting Parties, and shall be subject to the approval of the Aeronautical Authorities of both Contracting Parties. The staff of such representative offices must observe the laws and regulations in force in the country where such offices are located. 2) Each Contracting Party shall extend assistance and convenience to the representative offices and their staff members of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party.

Development of pilot schemes to demonstrate the value and benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater to preserve and intensify agricultural production systems on degraded lands. Part C: Institutional Strengthening and Sensitization to Environmental Issues and IPA Methodology 1. Strengthening the capacity of institutions involved in implementation of the Project at the national, regional and local levels including RCADs and ADGs through the provision of logistical support, technical advisory services and adequate training programs. 2. Strengthening the CCU’s capacity to manage the Project efficiently including ensuring adequate monitoring and evaluation, and compliance with all safeguard measures related to implementation of the environment and social protection framework. 3.
