Common use of Request for Transfer Clause in Contracts

Request for Transfer. Unless the employee and both principals agree, no transfers shall be allowed during a period spanning from fourteen (14) calendar days before the first contract workday until after the twentieth (20th) contract workday. A transfer will not be considered unless the employee is qualified for such vacancy.
