Transfer During School Year. Paraeducators may request to be transferred when there are vacancies for which the paraeducator is qualified. Requests for transfer from one worksite to another shall be made electronically through the Applicant Registration System found on the District’s website. Should a paraeducator be offered and accept a position during the school term, then the releasing principal must release the paraeducator from their school within twenty (20) contract days after being contacted by the receiving principal.

Should a teacher be offered and accept a position during the school year, then the releasing principal must release the teacher from their school within twenty teacher contract days after being contacted by the receiving principal.
Transfer During School Year. If a teacher is transferred during the school year, he/she will be allowed two (2) days release time to set up the new class, observe other comparable programs, and gather necessary materials. No employee shall be transferred with less than five (5) days notice.

  • Pay During Temporary Transfers When an employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principal duties of a higher paying position she shall receive the rate for the job. When an employee is temporarily assigned to a lower paying position than her own, her rate shall not be reduced.

  • Employee Leaving During Notice An employee whose employment is to be terminated for reasons set out in this clause may terminate employment during the period of notice and, if so, shall be entitled to the same benefits and payments under this clause had the employee remained with the employer until the expiry of such notice. This is with the provision that in such circumstances the employee shall not be entitled to payment instead of notice.

  • Employee leaving during notice period An employee given notice of termination in circumstances of redundancy may terminate their employment during the period of notice. The employee is entitled to receive the benefits and payments they would have received under this clause had they remained in employment until the expiry of the notice, but is not entitled to any payment in lieu of any remaining notice.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.

  • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order. If procedural objections are raised or the Regional Water Board requires a public hearing prior to the Stipulated Order becoming effective, the Parties agree to meet and confer concerning any such objections, and may agree to revise or adjust the procedure and/or this Stipulated Order as necessary or advisable under the circumstances.
