Common use of Requested Day Off Clause in Contracts

Requested Day Off. Anytime employees may request up to two (2) consecutive days off at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the posting of the work schedule. Employees can make one (1) such request per month. The granting of this day off will be subject to operational requirements and will not be unreasonably withheld.
