Requests; Discussion. The Conference Board shall meet at the request of the Union or the Port and shall consider and discuss matters of mutual concern pertaining to the improvement of the Department and the safety and welfare of the employees. These matters may include issues of development, committee membership, special team/unit assignments, testing, et cetera.
