Requests For Clarification (RFC). The Offeror’s requests for RFP clarifications should be submitted directly to the Contracting Officer, via e-mail, to both xxxxxxx.x.xxxxxx.civ@xxxx.xxx and the Contract Specialist via e- mail xxxxxxx.x.xxxxxx.xxx@xxxx.xxx, not later than (date to be determined). The Government does not guarantee that it will answer any requests for clarification received later than this date. Requests for clarification that result in specific information necessary to submit proposals will be provided to all Offerors via the xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.

  • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.

  • Clarification of Bids 25.1 To assist in the examination, evaluation, and comparison of Bids, the Employer may, at his discretion, ask any Bidder for clarification of his Bid, including breakdowns of the unit rates. The request for clarification and the response shall be in writing or by cable, but no change in the price or substance of the Bid shall be sought, offered, or permitted except as required to confirm the correction of arithmetic errors discovered by the Employer in the evaluation of the Bids in accordance with Clause 27.

  • Form and substance of requests for assistance 1. Requests pursuant to this Protocol shall be made in writing. When required because of the urgency of the situation, oral requests may be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing immediately.

  • Clarifications It is the Bidder’s responsibility to become familiar with and fully informed regarding the terms, conditions and specifications of this Invitation for Bids.   • Private Letter Ruling or Change or Clarification of Law At Interconnection Customer’s request and expense, Transmission Owner shall file with the IRS a request for a private letter ruling as to whether any property transferred or sums paid, or to be paid, by Interconnection Customer to Transmission Owner under this GIA are subject to federal income taxation. Interconnection Customer will prepare the initial draft of the request for a private letter ruling, and will certify under penalties of perjury that all facts represented in such request are true and accurate to the best of Interconnection Customer’s knowledge. Transmission Owner and Interconnection Customer shall cooperate in good faith with respect to the submission of such request. Transmission Owner shall keep Interconnection Customer fully informed of the status of such request for a private letter ruling and shall execute either a privacy act waiver or a limited power of attorney, in a form acceptable to the IRS, that authorizes Interconnection Customer to participate in all discussions with the IRS regarding such request for a private letter ruling. Transmission Owner shall allow Interconnection Customer to attend all meetings with IRS officials about the request and shall permit Interconnection Customer to prepare the initial drafts of any follow-up letters in connection with the request.

  • Requests For Samples By Authorized Users Requests for samples by Authorized Users require the consent of the Contractor. Where Contractor refuses to furnish a sample, Authorized User may, in its sole discretion, make a determination on the performance capability of the Product or on the issue in question.
