Requests Off After Working Certain Hours. When a nurse actually works as listed in paragraphs 1 through 3 below, the nurse may request not to work all or part of such next scheduled shift. The Medical Center will give such request serious and reasonable consideration in an attempt to accommodate the nurse’s wishes, it being understood that the request may not be granted because of work needs.
