Scheduled Work definition

Scheduled Work. The hours of work assigned as per the shift schedule. Scheduled work cannot include overtime.
Scheduled Work. Scheduled work shall mean work included in schedules posted at districts. It does not include temporary patches, extra work or charters.
Scheduled Work means the Work to be performed by LJC as recorded in a Scheduled Work Estimate, or as otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties from time to time, relating to Work on the Aircraft that is scheduled, prescribed, mandatory or otherwise of a routine nature.

Examples of Scheduled Work in a sentence

  • Members with a Regularly Scheduled Work Week Consisting of Four (4), Ten (10) Hour Days.

  • Members with a Regularly Scheduled Work Week Consisting of Five (5), Eight (8) Hour Days.

  • The paid portion of such leaves will not exceed five (5) consecutive Business Days where the number of hours to be paid to the Employee for such five (5) consecutive Business Days or portion thereof, would be based on the number of hours of Scheduled Work that the Employee could not attend work.

  • Scheduled Work Days Authorized overtime beyond normal scheduled hours worked in the day.

  • In such circumstances, the Employee will inform their Employment Supervisor that they will not be in attendance at their Scheduled Work and the Employee will cooperate with any efforts by the Employment Supervisor to reschedule the work.


More Definitions of Scheduled Work

Scheduled Work means the work described in Schedule 1, subject to such modifications and deviations as may be deemed necessary or desirable by the Authority;
