Common use of Required Overtime It Clause in Contracts

Required Overtime It. is understood and agreed by the parties that when the Employer has determined that the operational needs of the Sheriff’s Office require overtime, any or all employees may be required to work overtime. Any bargaining unit employees that are on light duty shall not be allowed to work any overtime unless all other eligible bargaining unit members have declined the overtime opportunity.
