REQUIRED PLANS AND REPORTS. Grantee must provide all applicable reports in the format specified by System Agency in an accurate, complete, and timely manner and must maintain appropriate supporting backup documentation. Failure to comply with submission deadlines for required reports or other requested information may result in System Agency, in its sole discretion, placing the Grantee on financial hold without first requiring a corrective action plan in addition to pursuing any other corrective or remedial actions afforded under this Grant Agreement. Unless otherwise directed in writing by System Agency, Grantee shall electronically submit required plans and reports to XXXxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx, with a copy to the System Agency Contract Representative.

REQUIRED PLANS AND REPORTS. Monitoring Plan Prior to the County of Sacramento’s approval of the Device(s) for the project, the Owner shall submit a monitoring study plan for review and approval by the County. The monitoring plan shall describe, at a minimum: anticipated start & completion date (site shall be stabilized before the start date); the description, installation and use of monitoring equipment; the sampling procedures, analytes to be tested, testing protocols, quality assurance procedures; and qualifications/names of personnel and laboratory to conduct the work.

  • Required Reports (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses. One copy shall be submitted with each billing statement and one copy shall be submitted to the address included in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements.

  • Records and Reports The contractor shall keep such records as necessary to document compliance with the EEO requirements. Such records shall be retained for a period of three years following the date of the final payment to the contractor for all contract work and shall be available at reasonable times and places for inspection by authorized representatives of the contracting agency and the FHWA.

  • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, County shall have free access at all proper times or until the expiration of four (4) years after the furnishing of services to such records, and the right to examine and audit the same and to make transcripts therefrom, and to inspect all data, documents, proceedings, and activities pertaining to this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement. The costs and obligations incurred or to be incurred in connection therewith shall be borne by the Contractor.
