REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS. INFORMATION ANDDATA BY THE CONTRACTOR 3.2.1. The Contractor shall submit to the Employer all documents in accordance with an approved schedule of submissions and shall submit any further information (in the form of drawings, documents, manuals, literature, reports etc.) when asked by the Employer while commenting/approving any drawings/documents etc. 3.2.2. The documents which are subject to the approval of the Employer shall be identified by the Contractor with the stamp "FOR APPROVAL". All other documents shall be submitted to the Employer for information and shall be identified by the Contractor with the stamp "FOR INFORMATION". 3.2.3. The sequence of submission of the documents shall be subject to the approval of the Employer. The sequence of submissions of all documents shall be such that the necessary information is available to enable the Employer to approve or comment the document. 3.2.4. The Contractor shall supply 4 hard copies of all drawings and documents. 3.2.5. In case a "SUBSEQUENT" revision of any document is made due to any reason whatsoever, a revision of the same, highlighting the changes shall be resubmitted for the Employer's specific approval/ information.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS. A. Generally, documents shall be provided with an electronic file submitted in the current site standards. Clean originals of all figures, tables, or other graphics not contained in the text file shall also be provided and separate files submitted. Submittals shall be provided in electronic format unless available only as a hard copy.   • Inspection of Documents Consulting Engineer/Architect shall maintain all Project records for inspection by City during the contract period and for three (3) years from the date of final payment.

  • Certification of Documents The required copy of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Fund and copies of all amendments thereto will be certified by the appropriate official of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts; and if such Agreement and Declaration of Trust and amendments are required by law to be also filed with a county, city or other officer or official body, a certificate of such filing will appear on the certified copy submitted to Service Company. A copy of the order or consent of each governmental or regulatory authority required by law for the issuance of Fund shares will be certified by the Secretary or Clerk of such governmental or regulatory authority, under proper seal of such authority. The copy of the Bylaws and copies of all amendments thereto and copies of resolutions of the Board of Trustees of Fund will be certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of Fund.

  • Execution of Documents, Etc (a) Actions by each Fund. Upon request, each Fund shall execute and deliver to the Custodian such proxies, powers of attorney or other instruments as may be reasonable and necessary or desirable in connection with the performance by the Custodian or any Subcustodian of their respective obligations to such Fund under this Agreement or any applicable subcustodian agreement with respect to such Fund, provided that the exercise by the Custodian or any Subcustodian of any such rights shall in all events be in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS The Parties acknowledge that the District is required to publish the Application and its required schedules, or any amendment thereto; all economic analyses of the proposed project submitted to the District; and the approved and executed copy of this Agreement or any amendment thereto, as follows: A. Within seven (7) days of receipt of such document, the District shall submit a copy to the Comptroller for publication on the Comptroller’s Internet website; B.   • Reproduction of Documents This Agreement and all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments hereto may be reproduced by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, micro-card, miniature photographic or other similar process. The parties hereto each agree that any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding, whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made by a party in the regular course of business, and that any enlargement, facsimile or further reproduction shall likewise be admissible in evidence.

  • Form of Documents The Registration Statement conformed and will conform in all material respects on each Effective Date and at the time of purchase, and any amendment to the Registration Statement filed after the date hereof will conform in all material respects when filed, to the requirements of the Securities Act and the Rules and Regulations.
