Research Report. 5.1 Each Party shall generally keep the other Party reasonably informed, orally or in writing, of the progress or results of the work performed in connection with the Research Project, principally through their respective Principal Investigators.
5.2 The Parties shall prepare and submit to each other a final written report of the Research Project within [sixty] calendar days after the Completion Date or at such other time as mutually agreed between the Parties.

Research Report. Upon completion of the Research, RAND shall provide to Participating Employer an individualized research report based on the Participating Employer’s Claims Data, the general contents of which are illustrated in Exhibit A (the "Illustration of Research Report").

The University, in cooperation with the Research Partner, shall, within 30 days following the next date of the Completion of the Joint Research Project, compile the Research Results of the research activities conducted hereunder during the Project Term into a written report (hereinafter referred to as the “Research Report”). “The Completion of the Joint Research Project” shall be deemed on the final day of the Project Term as specified under Article 5, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties. The University shall report the Research Results to the Research Partner.
Research Report. After the completion of the Cooperative Research, both parties shall cooperate with each other to complete the report on Research Result acquired during the period for the Cooperative Research.
Research Report. Not later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Research, LR shall provide to MediWound a report summarizing the Research (the “Research Report”).
Research Report. After the completion of the Entrusted Research, the University shall submit to the Company the report on the completion of the Entrusted Research.
Research Report. Institution shall furnish to Xxxxxxx a report setting forth the project outcomes and significant research findings of the Research Project (the “Research Results”) within ninety (90) days after the expiration of this Agreement.
Research Report. 4.1 Party B shall submit a (total) Research Report of the research result to Party A days within the expiration period contained in Article 2.
4.2 The format of the research report shall be completed per under the agreed format between the Parties.
4.3 The Principal Investigator shall submit the research report to Party A in period(s) (or other written form) according to the cooperation progress. The midterm report shall be submitted no later than DD/MM/YYYY. The final report shall be submitted no later than DD/MM/YYYY.
