Reseller Information. Lenovo and the Enterprise of which it is a part, may store, use and process contact information and other information about Reseller, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses obtained in the course of this Agreement. Such information may be processed and used in connection with this Agreement and the Products or Services. It may be transferred by Lenovo to any country where Lenovo does business and it may be provided to entities acting on Lenovo's behalf in relation to this Agreement and the Products or Services.

Reseller Information. 3.1 Except as otherwise required by law, CenturyLink will not provide or establish ancillary services and/or resale of Telecommunications Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement prior to Reseller’s execution of this Agreement. The Parties shall complete CenturyLink’s “New Customer Questionnaire,” as it applies to Reseller’s obtaining of ancillary services, and/or resale of Telecommunications Services hereunder. 3.2 Prior to placing any orders for services under this Agreement, the Parties will jointly complete the following sections of CenturyLink’s “New Customer Questionnaire”: General Information Billing and Collection (Section 1) Credit Information Billing Information Summary Billing Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Network Outage Notification Contact Information System Administration Contact Information Ordering Information for resold services 3.2.1 The remainder of this questionnaire must be completed within two (2) weeks of completing the initial portion of the questionnaire. This questionnaire will be used to: Determine geographical requirements; Identify Reseller identification codes; Determine CenturyLink system requirements to support Reseller’s specific activity; Collect credit information; Obtain Billing information; Create summary bills; Establish input and output requirements; Create and distribute CenturyLink and Reseller contact lists; and Identify Reseller hours and holidays. 3.2.2 Resellers that have previously completed a Questionnaire need not fill out a New Customer Questionnaire; however, Reseller will update its New Customer Questionnaire with any changes in the required information that have occurred and communicate those changes to CenturyLink. Before placing an order for a new product, Reseller will need to complete the relevant New Product Questionnaire and amend this Agreement.
Reseller Information. In connection with this Agreement, RESELLER has provided and shall provide CLIENT with certain information that is proprietary and confidential to RESELLER or the RESELLER Licensors and necessary or useful for CLIENT to exploit the licenses granted hereunder.

Reseller Information. On a monthly basis, Distributor shall provide the following information related to Resellers to Huawei Cloud: (a) the contact information of the Reseller, which includes the Resellers name, telephone number, email address and office address, and (b) Reseller's cloud account ID. The information may be used for Huawei Cloud to enforce the Huawei Cloud End User License Agreement (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/intl/en-us/declaration-sg/xxxx.html) in the event the resellers and end users breach the terms and conditions therein, to monitor the account or to make sure a smooth transition (if any). To the extent you provide us with any Personal Data relating to Resellers (including their employees, officers or representatives, as the case may be), you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of Resellers (including their employees, officers or representatives, as the case may be) to you providing us with their Personal Data for the purposes set out herein.
