No Tampering. While Employee is employed by the Company and for one year following the termination of Employee's employment with the Company, the Employee shall not (a) request, induce or attempt to influence any supplier of goods or services to the Company curtail or cancel any business they may transact with the Company; (b) request, induce or attempt to influence any customers of the Company that have done business with or potential customers which have been in contact with the Company to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with the Company; or (c) request, induce or attempt to influence any employee of the Company to terminate his or her employment with the Company.
No Tampering. Throughout the term of the Agreement and through the second anniversary of the expiration thereof, the Executive shall not (a) request, induce or attempt to influence any customers of the Company to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with the Company; or (b) request, induce or attempt to influence any employee of the Company to terminate his employment with the Company.

During the Term and, unless the Agreement terminates pursuant to Section 5(a) or 5(e), through the first anniversary of the expiration thereof, the Executive shall not (a) request, induce or attempt to influence any distributor or supplier of goods or services to the Company or its affiliated companies to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with the Company or its affiliated companies; (b) request, induce or attempt to influence any customers of the Company or its affiliated companies or potential customers which have been in contact with the Company or its affiliated companies to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with any member of the Company or its affiliated companies; or (c) request, induce or attempt to influence any employee of the Company or its affiliated companies to terminate his or her employment with the Company or its affiliated companies.

Throughout the term of this Agreement and through the second anniversary of the expiration thereof, the Executive shall not (a) request, induce or attempt to influence any distributor or supplier of goods or services to any member of the Company Group to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with any member of the Company Group; (b) request, induce or attempt to influence any customers of any member of the Company Group that have done business with or potential customers which have been in contact with any member of the Company Group to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with any member of the Company Group; or (c) request, induce or attempt to influence any employee of any member of the Company Group to terminate his or her employment with such member of the Company Group.
No Tampering. You are not permitted to, and will not, tamper with, attempt to gain unauthorized access using, or otherwise use the Vehicle or other Veo equipment other than for purposes permitted by and pursuant to this Agreement and in connection with Your Account.
No Tampering. Until August 1, 2004, or until 15 months following the consummation of an initial public offering of the Company's common stock, whichever first occurs (and for any period following the Employment Term during which Executive is receiving base salary pursuant to Section 5(b)(i) hereof) the Executive shall not (a) request, induce or attempt to influence any distributor or supplier of goods or services to any member of the Company Group to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with any member of the Company Group; (b) request, induce or attempt to influence any customer of any member of the Company Group that have done business with or potential customers which have been in contact with any member of the Company Group to curtail or cancel any business they may transact with any member of the Company Group; (c) request, induce or attempt to influence any employee of any member of the Company Group to terminate his or her employment with such member of the Company Group; or (d) hire or employ or attempt to hire or employ any employee of any member of the Company Group. Should Executive voluntarily terminate his employment with the Company for other than Good Cause prior to August 1, 2008, the Company may at its option, elect to extend the duration of the prohibitions against Executive contained in (c) and (d) of this Section 13 for a period of an additional 12 months following the date of such termination. To exercise such option that Company must provide written notice of such election to Executive within 30 days after such termination and pay to Executive an amount equal to the base pay and bonus, if any, earned by Executive during his last 12 months of employment with the Company (less any required withholding or other taxes). In such event such amount shall be paid in equal monthly installments over such 12 month period.
No Tampering. You may not make any changes, or knowingly cause or allow changes to be made, to PromptSmart. You may not disassemble the Software into its components, nor modify the object code, decode, copy or use it in any way other than authorized purposes contemplated herein.
No Tampering. You must not tamper with, attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or otherwise use the Services or the Vehicle other than as specified in this Agreement
No Tampering. You hereby represent and warrant that you will not open the house of the Equipment or tamper with the components of the Equipment in any manner, including changing physical or electronic identification information or any other reverse engineering.
No Tampering. Customer understands that Use of the Software as authorized in this Agreement may be subject to certain activation keys, passwords, or other protections issued or controlled by Denim Group. Customer shall not disable, tamper with, or seek to circumvent any such protections. In addition to any other remedy that may be available, Denim Group shall have the right to suspend or prevent Customer’s access to and Use of the Software if Customer fails to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
