Reservation of Managerial Rights. The foregoing enumeration of School Board rights and duties shall not be deemed to exclude other inherent management rights and management functions not expressly reserved to the School Board herein. All management rights established for the School District by Statute (including those as cited in PELRA) and not abrogated by this Master Contract shall continue to reside in the School District.
