Residency Guidelines. The following requirements and criteria must be met by the resident in order to be accepted for residency at the FACILITY and must be maintained in order to continue such residency: 1. Meet the FACILITY’s age requirement for admission; 2. Must have the financial resources to pay the monthly fees as stated under Article III of the Agreement and amount identified in Exhibit- 1, or any addendum based upon changes or additional services rendered to him/ her; 3. Must not require more services than FACILITY offers; 4. Accepts the care/ service plan, based on a health and functional assessment performed by the facility’s nurse, or developed by the assisted living waiver case manager with the resident and in collaboration with the facility; and recognizes the care/ service plan may be modified as changes occur in his/her cognition and or physical health; and is willing to transfer temporarily or permanently (as applicable) to a more appropriate setting that is capable of treating an acute illness or a condition beyond the scope of FACILITY’s services;

  • Compliance Policies and Procedures To assist the Fund in complying with Rule 38a-1 of the 1940 Act, BBH&Co. represents that it has adopted written policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent violation of the federal securities laws in fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement and that it has in place a compliance program to monitor its compliance with those policies and procedures. BBH&Co will upon request provide the Fund with information about our compliance program as mutually agreed.
