Residency Information for Production Incentives. Technicians must provide Canadian and Provincial residency information sufficient to ensure that the Producer is eligible to receive the applicable federal and provincial incentives including tax credits. This information will be used, disclosed and maintained in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
