Technicians Assigned as Drivers Sample Clauses

Technicians Assigned as Drivers. Technicians assigned by the Producer to drive vehicles used to carry equipment and any other material used in the production shall be paid that Technician's basic rate of pay. Transportation time shall be included in the Technician's time worked for the purposes of calculating overtime, Meal Premiums and/or turnaround premiums.
