Resident Educator/FYD Committee Structure. 1. The Resident Educator/FYD mentoring program committee ("Committee") shall consist of ten (10) members, five (5) appointed by the Superintendent and five (5) appointed by the Association President. The Committee shall elect a teacher and administrative Co-Chairpersons. Members of the Committee shall receive a stipend of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per school year.
