Residential Care Facilities. Employees employed in a County hospital or facility primarily engaged in the care of persons who are sick, the aged, or the mentally ill, which persons reside on the premises, may be compensated at a rate not less than one and one-half times the regular rate for any work actually performed in excess of eight (8) hours in any workday and in excess of eighty (80) hours in a fourteen (14) consecutive day work period.

Section 3. Call-Back Work‌ A. Call-Back Definition Exclusions: Neither changes in a shift or work schedule when at least fifteen (15) hours advance notice is given, nor service performed on a regular standby shift, or from a voluntary listing on an available list (Section 5) shall constitute call-back work.

  • NONSEGREGATED FACILITIES This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related construction subcontracts of $10,000 or more. The contractor may neither require such segregated use by written or oral policies nor tolerate such use by employee custom. The contractor shall provide separate or single-user restrooms and necessary dressing or sleeping areas to assure privacy between sexes.
