Residential Requirements. This agreement is for a state funded project which may require a residential firm be selected pursuant to Wyoming Statute 9-23-105(f) through (h) and 9-23-106(g). A nonresident firm may be selected if no residential firms submitted a Proposal. For a firm to be considered a residential firm, they will need to have a physical office within the State of Wyoming and meet the following percentages of professional services performed by individuals with professional and technical expertise who are employed within the state:

Residential Requirements. In order to be considered complete per community guidelines, each residence must include at least one 3.5 caliper tree of Oak or other approve tree, a fully sodded and irrigated front yard (to front corner of home at a minimum) and a landscaping area which must be a minimum of 5’ x 20’ in size. Landscaped should include a combination of mulch beds, evergreen plants and seasonal plants with color or seasonal flowers.
Residential Requirements. Xxxxx Xxxxx is a four-year residential college. Housing is restricted to enrolled full-time undergraduate students. Students who withdraw or are dismissed from the college should vacate the residence halls within 48 hours of their withdrawal date. All full-time students must live on campus unless given approval by Residence Life or office of the Xxxx of Students. The off-campus housing application can be found on the Residence Life website. Meal Plan: All residential students are required to acquire a meal plan. There are three different meal plan options based upon the class of student and the area of campus the student resides. Students residing in Xxxxx Xxxx Apartments or the LLC Houses are required to have at least a 10 meal plan. Upper-class students residing in Campbell, Inman, Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx are required to have at least a 16 meal plan. All first time students (first-years, transfer, and exchange students) are required to have a 21 meal plan. Reduced meal plans will only be granted for medical accommodations.

All full-time students must live with on-campus unless living with a parent/guardian within a 30 mile radius of the college, are over the age of 24, are pregnant or have a child, or married. Other extenuating circumstances will be considered upon a case by case basis. The off-campus housing application can be found on the Residence Life website.
Residential Requirements. As a condition of employment, all patrolmen shall live within 20 miles of the City limits.

  • Special Requirements Additional terms and conditions of this Agreement, if any, which are made a part hereof are set forth in the “Special Requirements” attached hereto as Exhibit “B” and incorporated herein by this reference.   • Additional Requirements As a condition precedent to the execution and Delivery, the registration of issuance, transfer, split-up, combination or surrender, of any ADS, the delivery of any distribution thereon, or the withdrawal of any Deposited Property, the Depositary or the Custodian may require (i) payment from the depositor of Shares or presenter of ADSs or of an ADR of a sum sufficient to reimburse it for any tax or other governmental charge and any stock transfer or registration fee with respect thereto (including any such tax or charge and fee with respect to Shares being deposited or withdrawn) and payment of any applicable fees and charges of the Depositary as provided in Section 5.9 and Exhibit B, (ii) the production of proof reasonably satisfactory to it as to the identity and genuineness of any signature or any other matter contemplated by Section 3.1, and (iii) compliance with (A) any laws or governmental regulations relating to the execution and Delivery of ADRs or ADSs or to the withdrawal of Deposited Securities and (B) such reasonable regulations as the Depositary and the Company may establish consistent with the provisions of the representative ADR, if applicable, the Deposit Agreement and applicable law.

  • General Requirement Any notice, election, demand, request, consent, approval, or other communication required or permitted to be given under this Contract shall be in writing signed by an officer or duly authorized representative of the party making same and shall be delivered personally or shall be sent by certified or statutory mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, shall be effective as of the date on which it is received or would have been received but for the refusal of the addressee to accept delivery, and shall be addressed as shown in the Contract. The persons and addresses to which notices should be given may be changed by notice given in accordance with this Article.

  • Compliance with Governmental Requirements Comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations, now or hereafter in effect, of all governmental authorities applicable to the conduct of Borrower’s properties, businesses and operations, and to the use or occupancy of the Collateral, including without limitation, the Americans With Disabilities Act. Borrower may contest in good faith any such law, ordinance, or regulation and withhold compliance during any proceeding, including appropriate appeals, so long as Borrower has notified Lender in writing prior to doing so and so long as, in Lender’s sole opinion, Lender’s interests in the Collateral are not jeopardized. Lender may require Borrower to post adequate security or a surety bond, reasonably satisfactory to Lender, to protect Lender’s interest.

  • Governmental Requirements The Provider warrants and represents that it will comply with all governmental ordinances, laws and regulations.
