  • Full-Time and Part-Time An employee who is required to have a medical examination and/or produce a doctor’s certificate pursuant to this agreement, shall be reimbursed by the employer for such expense upon producing a proper receipt.   • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.

All academic year appointments for employees at a University shall begin on the same date. Two weeks prior to the beginning of classes each semester, the University shall send to the UFF Chapter a list of bargaining unit employees hired since the beginning of the previous semester, showing name; rank or title; department, college, program or employment unit; salary; and principal place of employment (campus). The initial letter of offer shall contain the following elements:

  • Voluntary Resignation (2) Discharge for just cause.

  • Continuing Appointment A continuing appointment shall continue until retirement or until otherwise terminated pursuant to this Agreement.
