Resolution of Repeat Audit Issues. During the DOE Audit Staff (Audit) review of PAC’s financial information relative to this rate proceeding, it made certain audit findings contained in its Final Audit Report dated January 19, 2021, to which PAC expressed disagreement. In an effort to resolve these audit disputes between PAC and the DOE, and for purposes of achieving administrative efficiency in future rate proceedings, the Settling Parties present for the Commission’s approval the following proposed resolutions of the outstanding audit issues cited by Audit in its report.

Resolution of Repeat Audit Issues. During the Commission Audit Staff’s review of PWW’s financial information relative to this rate proceeding, it made several audit findings contained in its Final Audit Report dated November 6, 2019 to which the Company expressed disagreement. Certain of these findings have been cited by the Audit Staff in previous examinations of the Company, but because there was no specific resolution for such within the context of an approved rate case settlement, these issues continue to be areas of dispute between the Audit Staff and PWW. Therefore, in an effort to resolve both existing or potential long-standing audit disputes between the Company and Staff, and for purposes of achieving administrative efficiency in future rate proceedings, the Settling Parties present for the Commission’s approval the following proposed resolutions of certain outstanding audit issues cited by the Audit Staff in its report.

  • Resolution of Grievances In the event of a grievance related to a matter of discipline or any dispute as to the interpretation, application or observance of the provisions of this Agreement other than discipline, it shall be handled in the following manner:

  • Central Dispute Resolution Committee a) There shall be established a Central Dispute Resolution Committee (CDRC), which shall be composed of two (2) representatives from each of the central parties, and two (2) representatives of the Crown.

  • DISPUTES RESOLUTION PROCEDURE 10.1 A major objective of this Agreement is to eliminate lost time and/or production arising out of disputes or grievances. The Parties to this Agreement are committed to complying with the terms of this procedure.

  • Grievance Resolution If a grievance is resolved at Step 2 or 3 in the procedure as provided herein, the grievant concerned shall indicate acceptance of the resolution by affixing his/her signature in the appropriate space indicated. If the employee has been represented by the Union at the Step of the procedure at which a resolution is reached, the Union representative shall also sign the appropriate document acknowledging that the employee has accepted the resolution. Decisions on grievances where an employee represents him/herself shall not be considered precedent setting or binding with regard to any future grievances filed with respect to the same or similar matters.

  • CENTRAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 15.1 Effective until April 30, 2019, this procedure applies to differences:

  • LOCAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 16.1 Any difference between any employee covered by this Agreement and the School Division, or in a proper case between the local of The Association and the School Division concerning the interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of this Agreement, and further including any dispute as to whether the difference is arbitrable, shall be dealt with as follows, without stoppage of work or refusal to perform work.

  • Complaint Resolution We operate a complaints procedure to enable resolution to complaints; these must be advised in Writing directly to us, to enable our formal complaints process to be applied.

  • Problem Resolution The parties will endeavour to resolve any problems identified with the operation of this Agreement as they arise.

  • Disputes Resolution 10:01 Jurisdictional disputes involving workers employed under this Collective Agreement shall henceforth be resolved under the provisions of the Canadian Jurisdictional Disputes Plan in accordance with its rules and regulations and without work stoppage, slow down or other lack of production, and it is further agreed that a jurisdictional dispute shall in no way interfere with the progress or prosecution of work.
