Resolving Identical Seniority. A. If total years of continuous service referred to in Section 1 are equal between two (2) or more employees, then seniority shall be determined by total service with the District in any capacity. B. If total years of service referred to above are equal between two (2) or more employees, then seniority shall be determined by lot witnessed by the Union President and the administration.
