Insurance for Part-Time Teachers. If a teacher is assigned at least 5 class assignments per school year or equivalent and less than 7.5 class assignments or equivalent, and the teacher chooses to pay his/her prorated portion, the Board will provide Health Insurance, and/or Dental Insurance, and/or Life Insurance, and/or Vision Insurance, and prorated sick leave. The prorated portion shall be determined by taking the applicable ratio (the class assignments divided by 10) times the dollar amount the Board is paying for a full time teacher and subtracting that result from the full cost of that particular benefit.

Insurance for Part-Time Teachers. Any teacher who is voluntarily assigned to less than a full-time teaching position shall be eligible to participate in the insurance programs outlined herein. The Board shall pay the cost of such coverage in the same proportion that the teacher's load bears to a full-time load. The teacher shall be responsible for the remaining portion of premiums. For example, for a teacher who occupies a three- fifths (3/5) position, the Board shall pay sixty (60) percent of the insurance coverage cost which it pays for a full-time teacher and the teacher shall pay forty (40) percent by payroll deduction. The parties agree that the following principles shall be applicable to the interpretation of this section:
Insurance for Part-Time Teachers. Part-time salaried teachers who are employed on a 50% contract or more will be eligible to participate in all group insurance policies as authorized in Article XII.
Insurance for Part-Time Teachers. The Board will pay a pro rata share of the health insurance coverage for each regular part-time teacher who is hired after the effective date of this Agreement for a position of at least twenty-five percent (25%) and who elects to enroll. The pro rata share will be determined by the percentage equivalent to a full-time position specified in the teacher’s contract. This provision will apply to all part-time teachers hired after December 31, 1992.
Insurance for Part-Time Teachers. The District will continue to investigate options for insurance for part-time teachers. This investigation shall be for informational purposes.
Insurance for Part-Time Teachers. ‌ All part-time teachers who are 0.8 FTE or higher shall receive the benefits as described above in subsections A through G.

  • Part-Time Teachers A "part-time teacher" is one who is employed under written contract but who is assigned to duties on a regular basis that requires less than a full-time equivalent. A part-time teacher shall be paid a salary in accordance with the basic salary schedule, proportionate to the percentage of the full-time equivalent taught each day as outlined in the written contract.

The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.

  • ’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The Grantee shall provide workers’ compensation, in accordance with Chapter 440, F.S. and employer liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate. Such policies shall cover all employees engaged in any work under the Grant.
