Common use of Resource Nurses Clause in Contracts

Resource Nurses. 21 a. If a resource nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in 22 paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said 23 holiday at one and one-half times his/her regular straight-time 24 hourly rate of pay.

Resource Nurses. 21 17 a. If a resource nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in 22 18 paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said 23 holiday at one 19 and one-half times his/her regular straight-time 24 hourly rate of pay.. 20

Resource Nurses. 21 31 a. If a resource nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in 22 32 paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said 23 holiday 33 at one and one-half times his/her regular straight-time 24 hourly rate of pay.

Resource Nurses. 21 13 a. If a resource nurse works on one (1) of the holidays set forth in 22 14 paragraph A above, he/she they will be paid for all time worked on said 23 15 holiday at one and one-half (1 ½) times his/her their regular straight-time 24 16 hourly rate of pay.

Resource Nurses. 21 23 a. If a resource nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in 22 24 paragraph A above, he/she will theywill be paid for all time worked on said 23 25 holiday at one and one-half times his/her regular theirregular straight-time 24 hourly 26 rate of pay.
