RESPECT IN THE WORKPLACE. 9.01 The Employer, the Union and Employees are committed to a safe and respectful workplace where workplace violence, bullying, and harassment are not tolerated. The Employer has policy dealing with the handling of issues arising from workplace violence, bullying and harassment. The Employer, after proper investigation, may discipline for just cause any person employed by the Employer engaging in workplace violence, bullying or harassment.
