Response to Authority Notice. 45.10.1 Within twenty (20) Business Days following receipt by the Contractor of any Authority Notice served by the Authority pursuant to Clause 45.8 (Disputed Amounts), the Contractor shall respond by notifying the Authority as to whether or not it agrees with the statements made in that Authority Notice.
Response to Authority Notice. Within ten (10) Business Days following receipt by the Operator of any notice served by the Authority pursuant to clause 22.6.2 (Disputed Amounts), the Operator shall respond by notifying the Authority as to whether or not it agrees with the statements made in that notice. If the Operator indicates that it does agree, or if the Operator fails to make such a response within that time limit, the Authority shall be entitled:-

  • Response to Notice Within ten business days of receiving the Claim Notice, the Respondent must notify the Claimant of its representative to negotiate the dispute.

  • Response to Objections Each Party retains the right to respond to any objection raised by a Participating Class Member, including the right to file responsive documents in Court no later than five court days prior to the Final Approval Hearing, or as otherwise ordered or accepted by the Court.

  • Notice to State The MCO must notify the STATE of a possible Material Modification in its Provider Network within ten (10) working days from the date the MCO has been notified that a Material Modification is likely to occur. A Material Modification shall be reported in writing to the STATE no less than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the effective date or within two (2) working days of becoming aware of it, whichever occurs first. An MCO may terminate a subcontract without one hundred and twenty (120) days’ notice in situations where the termination is for cause. For purposes of this section, termination of a Provider for cause does not include the inability to reach agreement on contract terms.

  • Response to Evaluation The teacher shall have the right to make a written response to the evaluation and to have it attached to the evaluation report to be placed in the teacher's personnel file. A copy, signed by both parties, shall be provided to the teacher.
