Response to Physical or Threatening Student Behavior. 1. When a student’s behavior is an imminent threat to the safety of students or staff and/or demonstrates behavior that is seriously disrupting the learning environment by engaging in physical aggression and/or threatening behavior toward a professional educator or other students, the professional educator shall have the student escorted to a location designated in the students individual support plan or the building’s designated location pursuant to the protocols as described by the building behavior support/discipline plan.

  • VOLUNTEERS AND STUDENT WORKERS The Employer will utilize volunteers and student workers only to the extent they supplement and do not supplant bargaining unit employees. Volunteers and student workers will not supervise bargaining unit employees.
